EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Under the applicable legal terms, contatorie.com allows the exchange or return of items ordered and received within 15 days of receipt.

The Customer must contact our team by email before proceeding with the return. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt, together with proof of purchase.

Only products that are in good condition with complete packaging will be accepted.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that comply with the return conditions set out above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the customer wishes to receive a refund, we inform you that:

• Refunds will be made by bank transfer.
• Shipping costs to our facilities are borne by the Customer.
• Refunds will only be processed after detailed verification of the returned products.
